shoreline
are

animal
tracks

stop
and
look

interesting
tracks,
and
would

wild

be

unexpected

A fly fishing trip is highly recommended in the inlets and
outlets of the Tchentlo Lake. The lake provides the ideal
conditions for fly fishing. We have a large selection of
flies, which can be purchased here. For those wishing to
go fly fishing, a trip here is an absolute must. It will be
worth every cent.
Our „Desi“ with it’s 90 PS engine is nice and brisk and
with its design and comfort you will find it very
satisfying to use. It is one of our tour boats which is
suitable for trips with three to four guests. It also has a
second smaller engine.
Our „Char“ is a 20 foot steel boat, which with a 60 PS
engine is also very stable in the water in rough weather.
You will have very memorable fishing moments on
Tchentlo lake in our „Char“ boat. It is the ideal boat for
adults and children. It also has a second smaller engine.
Our fleet of boats for use by guests consists of four
Lund boats in varying sizes. All guest boats have been
carefully renovated and have been equipped with new
or overhauled 15 to 30 PS engines. Our boats are
between 14 and 18 feet long and these boats may be
used by guests to explore the Tchentlo Lake
independently. The two larger of these boats, which
are suitable for three to four people, are equipped with
a steering wheel and 30 PS engines. This allows for
comfortable and uncomplicated maneuvering for
everyone.

The untouched landscape round the Tchentlo Lake is a
real paradise for fishermen. The 45 km long lake is
surrounded by pristine wilderness, where you can fish
alone and in absolute peace. You will only hear the purr
of the engine and the lapping of the water. Or maybe in
between times the cry of the white bald headed eagle
or the howling of a wolf. Trawling, fly fishing, spin
fishing and vertical fishing can all be tried out here. You
can fulfill your fishing dreams.
The chance to catch your ‚dream‘ fish here lies at nearly
100%. Catching a Canadian lake trout that is greater
than 80 cm is not unusual. The lakes and streams
harbor a large amount of rainbow trout. They are
enormously persistent fighters and can also be caught
with fly fishing from the boat or on the shoreline.
The lake is also a paradise for burbot fishermen they
reach the 100 cm mark. Have you already seen an
approximately 5 cm burbot. Here in summer you can
see the young fish swimming along the shoreline. There
are an abundance of white and many other diverse
types of fish to be seen here. Great numbers of these
reside in the lake here.
Both the Char and the rainbow trout, whose meat is
red, is a really tasty treat, and cold smoked is a true
delicacy.
If we all take care of the amazing amounts and type of
fish available, and only take what we need, we will be
able to carry on fishing for many years to come.
